I recently ordered/bought a UK release "The Collection"
for around $12 from Borders Books & Music.
You just put in whatever name/address you want
and come in after a week or so and they'll have it.
Keep the fake name in mind
(I'm not a fan of giving my info out but if you are go for it).

They have a few releases and will have
Boo for sure when it is available (verified that some have it now!).
